How the Mighty Have Fallen

Nokia used to be the king of the hill of mobile phones. But, not anymore. While Apple have been pushing with various enhancements for the iPhone 4 and gearing up to introduce the fifth iteration of the best-selling smartphone, and Google and company have been thinking of putting quad-core processors on Android phones, Nokia seems to be fighting for the low-end crown.

The newest model it is introducing in the Philippines - a candybar called X1-01 - is the case of point. The new phone's best features? Dual SIM and MP3 playback.

Didn't myPhone and Cherry introduced that years ago?
